1. GENERAL

Studio Azorro, established in Belgium, provides and sells digital products through this website.

Throughout these Terms:

  • “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Studio Azurro
  • “you”, “user”, or “customer” refers to any visitor or purchaser of our digital products

By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use or purchase our products.

2. SCOPE

These Terms apply to all digital products offered by Studio Azurro, including but not limited to:

  • e-books
  • individual chapters
  • themed bundles
  • digital workbooks, checklists, and downloads

No physical goods are sold.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

All products are delivered digitally via email or download link after successful payment.

Access is granted immediately after delivery.

By purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • the product is delivered instantly
  • you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or cancellation where permitted by applicable law for digital content supplied immediately

Refunds or cancellations are not possible once delivery has started, except where required by mandatory law.

4. LICENSE OF USE

When purchasing a digital product, you do not obtain ownership.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.

This means:

  • for personal use only
  • limited to one individual or one household
  • commercial use is strictly prohibited

5. PROHIBITED USE

You may not, in whole or in part:

  • share, distribute, sublicense, or resell the product (free or paid)
  • upload the product to Google Drive, Dropbox, WhatsApp, Telegram, forums, communities, or any platform
  • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • translate and redistribute or sell it
  • use it in your own courses, coaching, workshops, e-books, templates, or services
  • publish it publicly (website, social media, marketplace, or otherwise)

Any violation may result in legal action and damages.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Studio Azurro, including text, exercises, structure, methods, visuals, layout, and concepts, is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Studio Azurro.

No rights or ownership are transferred to the customer.

7. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE & LIABILITY

Studio Azurro products are educational and informational only.

They do not constitute professional, architectural, engineering, technical, financial, or legal advice.

  • Results may vary by person, space, or situation
  • You remain fully responsible for decisions and implementation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Azurro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the information provided.

8. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website and include or exclude taxes (VAT) as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

The price at the time of purchase is binding.

Full payment must be received before delivery.

9. FEEDBACK & TESTIMONIALS

If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant Studio Azurro a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for marketing and communication purposes (including website and social media), without compensation.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
